Arsenal have identified Morocco superstar Ayyoub Bouaddi as a new potential transfer target this summer and have began 'advanced talks' for the 18-year old Lille midfielder who has been filled with praise in the last 24 hours for an outstanding display in Morroco's group stage match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup against Brazil.
Arsenal are among several top European clubs interested in the 18 year old Moroccan this summer, however Arsenal appear to be the 'frontrunners' to sign him according to multiple reports.
Andrea Berta has kept a keen eye on Bouaddi over recent months and has now intensified the Premier League champions push to sign the talented midfielder.
Bouaddi is among a number of players Arsenal are looking to sign this summer, other names include Morgan Rogers, Bradley Barcola and Tino Livramento.
Arsenals primary focus for this summers push to win more silverware in the upcoming 27/28 season is the left-wing postion however sources like Fabrizo Romano and David Ornstein confirm they will be looking at signing more midfield roation player and a new right-back.
Bouaddi was the star of the show in the World Cup group stage game for Morocco as they drew 1-1 against Brazil.
While Arsenal have made significant progress behind the scenes—holding advanced talks with Lille over a potential £60m+ framework—a deal is not yet imminent.
