Arsenal are exploring a sensational blockbuster move to sign Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior if the Brazilian international decides against extending his contract in the Spanish capital.
The interest is currently understood to be at an early stage, with no formal club-to-club talks underway between the Premier League champions and the La Liga giants. However, the concept of pursuing the 26-year-old winger has received formal approval at all executive levels within London Colney. Vinicius Junior figures prominently on a shortlist of high-calibre candidates as Mikel Arteta looks to heavily reinforce his attacking options ahead of the upcoming campaign.
